Board of Directors and General Membership Meeting
Friday July 25th, in the bleachers at the Expo Center, after the last class of the day has finished, approximately 5:00pm. Board of Directors meet for the first 30 minutes, followed by meeting open to the general membership. All interested parties may attend second part of the meeting.

Points updated through Rio Vista I. The next update will be after Summer Circuit III. If you see discrepancies or have questions, please direct them to the Statistician, who will respond ONLY to queries from the rider in question, a parent or guardian of the rider, or from the rider's trainer.

AGAIN FOR 2008! You may submit Annual Membership information and pay for your membership online using a secure PayPal Transaction. To fill out a membership form and make your CTHJA membership payment for 2008, click here. If you choose to submit your information on-line, PLEASE proceed to make your payment online as well. If you do not make your payment after submitting your membership information, you will NOT be an active member until payment is received.

Memberships submitted and paid for on-line within 48 hours of a show may not be recorded and reported to the show managers. (In other words, if you are joining the night before a show, it would be better to simply join AT the show, as the show office will not have your membership information.)

Remember, riders MUST be current CTHJA members for any points earned at shows to be counted towards year-end awards. Ultimate responsibility for ensuring current active CTHJA membership lies with the competitor.
